When viewing Tax Information please note that the Town of Pelham (Westchester County) levies taxes on a prior year assessment roll that is final on September 15. Example: 2009 taxes are based on the September 15, 2008 Final Assessment Roll.

The most current taxes (Tax Summary page) and rates (Tax Calculator page) will be posted as they become available.

The 2009 Final Assessed Value for your property is available on this website and at the Town Assessor's Office during normal business hours 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. Valuation Date for the 2009 Final Assessment Roll is July 1, 2008.
